We’re Don and Cookie, and this farm is our passion. We started Happy Pigs Valley with a simple belief: that the best food is grown with care, close to home. Our mission is to nourish our community with fresh, delicious food you can feel good about, grown right here in the valley we love.
Our Offerings
Healthy Poultry
Start or expand your backyard flock with our healthy, vibrant live poultry. We offer chickens, ducks, and quails raised in spacious, secured, and sanitized pens, with geese occasionally available, usually in spring. Surplus fertilized eggs are occasionally available—contact us to inquire.
Seasonal Produce
Experience the true taste of the seasons with our fresh farm harvests. We offer a variety of sustainably grown seasonal vegetables and fruits, nurtured right here on our Raglan farm and available for purchase throughout the year.
Regional Markets
Find us monthly at St Arnaud (2nd Sat), Smythesdale (3rd Sat) and Talbot (3rd Sun) markets. For the safety of our flock, farm visits are strictly by appointment only—contact us to book.
